Heritage Vaughn members range from early-career professionals who can carve out three mornings per week to competitive athletes who are in the building six days. Our membership tiers were designed to reflect that range without penalizing either end. At every tier you get the same access to our community floor, the same coach introductions, the same quarterly programming updates, and the same burgundy-door entry that signals you're somewhere different from a franchise chain. What changes is the degree of structured coaching and the scheduling priority you receive. There are no enrollment contracts longer than 30 days — because we believe the community earns your renewal every month, not a signature.

Full Floor Access

Open-gym hours run 05:30 to 21:00 weekdays and through mid-afternoon on weekends. Every member has 24/7 key-fob access to the recovery lounge, towel service, and filtered water station — the hours listed are staffed hours.

Community Events Included

All members are automatically invited to monthly community events: partner workouts, quarterly nutrition workshops with our registered dietitian, and post-session social gatherings. These are not upsells — they're part of what the floor culture requires to function.

Intake Assessment

Every new member — regardless of tier — receives a 45-minute coach-led intake covering movement quality, training history, active limitations, and a 90-day goal framework. You don't step onto the floor without a coach who knows where you're starting from.

Membership Questions, Answered Directly

Is there an annual contract or sign-up fee?

No annual contract — Heritage Vaughn operates month-to-month across all tiers. There is a one-time $50 enrollment fee that covers your intake assessment, key-fob provisioning, and first week of programming access. We don't believe in locking members into 12-month agreements; the community earns your continued membership every billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

Yes, with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply on your next renewal. There's no fee for changing tiers. If your training schedule shifts — a new job, a competition cycle, a recovery period — your membership should adapt to that without financial friction.

What is the membership cap and am I on a waitlist?

We cap active memberships at 520 to maintain the floor-to-member ratio our coaching model requires. At certain points in the year we do have a waitlist. If you're reading this page, there is likely current availability — but we recommend reaching out directly rather than waiting, because openings fill within a few days of becoming available.

Do you offer corporate or group memberships?

Yes. Companies with five or more employees enrolling receive a 15% discount per member and a dedicated quarterly workshop session with our registered dietitian. Several Dallas firms in the Uptown and Cedar Springs corridor use Heritage Vaughn as a wellness benefit. Reach out to our membership coordinator for a custom quote.

Can I bring a guest before committing?

Every prospective member is welcome to attend one complimentary community class and a brief floor tour before making any commitment. We'd rather you see the space, meet a coach, and make an informed decision than sign up on the basis of a website alone. Contact us to schedule your visit.
