We Respond to Every Inquiry Personally

Heritage Vaughn operates on the principle that the relationship with a member starts before they sign up. When you contact us — whether about membership pricing, injury accommodations, class availability, or whether the facility is the right environment for your training goals — you will hear back from a staff coach or the membership coordinator within one business day. We don't route inquiries through a ticketing system or a third-party chatbot. If you have a specific question about whether our programming is right for your situation, we'll schedule a 15-minute phone call at no obligation. The fastest path to an answer is usually a direct message or a phone call; we've included both below.

How to Reach Us

Multiple ways to get in touch, all of them answered by actual people on the Heritage Vaughn staff.

Visit the Gym

4120 Cedar Springs Rd, Dallas, TX 75219. We're two blocks north of the Reverchon Park entrance, with street parking on Throckmorton and a small lot on the east side of the building. The front door faces Cedar Springs and is marked with a burgundy awning.

Call or Text

+1 (214) 555-0183. Staff answer calls during all staffed hours — weekday mornings from 05:30 and evenings until 21:00, Saturday 07:00–14:00, Sunday 08:00–13:00. Text messages are monitored throughout the day and typically answered within two hours.

Email the Team

hello@spinyard.cc. For detailed questions about programming, injury considerations, or corporate membership arrangements, email is the best channel. Include your availability for a call if you'd like us to follow up by phone instead of a written reply.

Common Questions Before Your First Visit

What should I bring for my first visit?

Wear training shoes with a flat or minimal heel for any strength work — running shoes with a thick cushioned sole are not ideal for barbell training. Bring a water bottle; we have filtered refill stations. Towels are provided at all membership tiers. If you're attending a complimentary visit, show up five minutes early so your host coach can complete a brief orientation before class begins.

Is there parking at the facility?

Yes — a small private lot on the east side of the building holds approximately 14 vehicles and is reserved for Heritage Vaughn members during staffed hours. Additional free street parking is available on Throckmorton Street, typically within one block. The Reverchon Park street corridor also has unrestricted parking on weekday mornings before 08:00.

Do you offer any form of trial period?

Every prospective member can attend one complimentary group class and a 30-minute facility tour before making any membership decision. This isn't a high-pressure sales walkthrough — it's a genuine introduction to the space, the coaches, and the community. We'd rather you choose Heritage Vaughn because it's the right environment for your training than because a promotional offer ran out.

I emailed Heritage Vaughn on a Tuesday evening asking whether the barbell programming was appropriate for someone returning from a disc injury. Coach Renata replied by 8 AM Wednesday with a four-paragraph answer that addressed my exact situation and suggested a modified 8-week entry plan. That email alone told me this was a different kind of gym.
