Located on Cedar Springs Road in Dallas, our 8,400-square-foot facility was designed with cream-washed walls, deep burgundy accents, and walnut-trim details that feel more like a members' club than a commercial fitness floor. We capped our membership deliberately — not because we can't fill the space, but because a crowded floor is a worse product. Every coach on staff knows your name, your injury history, and what you're working toward. That specificity is the service.

Personalized Coaching Staff

Every Heritage Vaughn coach holds at least one nationally recognized certification and undergoes quarterly continuing education. New members receive a complimentary 45-minute intake assessment covering movement patterns, goals, and injury history before setting foot on the main floor.

Competition-Grade Equipment

We run Rogue racks, Eleiko barbells, Keiser Air bikes, and a 2,200-square-foot turf lane with full sled and battle-rope rigging. The equipment is maintained on a rolling quarterly inspection schedule — you will not find a wobbly upright or a broken cable clip on this floor.

Class Variety, No Filler

Sixteen weekly group classes spanning strength, conditioning, mobility, and barbell technique. Every class is programmed in periodized 8-week blocks, so the programming builds — you're not just burning calories, you're accumulating capacity across a real training cycle.
