Community Floor Culture
Members introduce themselves. Coaches facilitate that. We run monthly community events — partner WODs, nutrition workshops, and post-session brunches — because the research is clear: people who train with others train longer and harder. This isn't an amenity; it's the core product.
Personalized Coaching Staff
Every Heritage Vaughn coach holds at least one nationally recognized certification and undergoes quarterly continuing education. New members receive a complimentary 45-minute intake assessment covering movement patterns, goals, and injury history before setting foot on the main floor.
Competition-Grade Equipment
We run Rogue racks, Eleiko barbells, Keiser Air bikes, and a 2,200-square-foot turf lane with full sled and battle-rope rigging. The equipment is maintained on a rolling quarterly inspection schedule — you will not find a wobbly upright or a broken cable clip on this floor.
Class Variety, No Filler
Sixteen weekly group classes spanning strength, conditioning, mobility, and barbell technique. Every class is programmed in periodized 8-week blocks, so the programming builds — you're not just burning calories, you're accumulating capacity across a real training cycle.
